And you can really put a lot of thought into the album/picture frame. If you have a higher budget, you can really create some amazing looking photo spreads and various canvas etc. Definitely worth the download!

I gave one stars because you guys do have an app, but I cant do anything at all, I cant find my photos to add, only show four of my photos were shown to use, please fix.

Created and bought a photobook for $100 via the app via iPhone. As I uploaded and edited the photos, the app constantly rearranged the photos order not to mention the photos page orientation. After hours of fixing and reviewing to make sure each page was correct, after almost 2hrs of the book uploading for processing, and after roughly 2 weeks of waiting for the book to arrive, almost every photo was turned upside down on the page, half cut off the page, or so blurry that the photo was difficult to see at all. $100 for this photobook and Customer Support has yet to respond to my email and calls. I gave 2 stars bc the quality of the book and pages is the best of all the photobook programs Ive used, but the photos and publishing are worse than tragic. Great concept, Artisan State, but its clear your app developer still has kinks to work out and that your publishing needs better quality control...not to mention a $100 to refund to me.

It takes forever for app to load. It complete kicks me out off app when trying to download pics.

App keeps crashing before checkout.

I have ordered your flat books and love them so I downloaded the app. It doesnt have all of my photos so I cant make the book I want. I even spent a bunch of time moving all the photos I want into an album on my phone and while the album comes it says there are no photos in it. Really frustrating.

Product is not good. The cover was completely wrong compared to what I ordered. I sent them pictures from their website showing the find page with the correct cover and they still insisted I was wrong. Evelyn at chat svc was so uneducated about their site. She advised me to go ahead and call the BBB to file a complaint. Horrible service and they dont own up to their mistakes.

Very slow Photos out of order Couldnt put a photo on cover...work out the bugs & it could be useful

I spent a lot of time putting together an album, placed my order & eagerly awaited my shipment. One week later I received an email saying that my order was going to be canceled in 2-3 days because my photos were not uploaded (note that I never received any errors/emails/notifications that my attempt to upload the photos, which appeared to work fine in the app, failed). Four minutes later I got another email saying my order was cancelled. All of my hard work to set up the album (choose pictures & layout) was lost, the app didnt retain my album at all. I sent an email to their customer service dept & they were not helpful at all. Theres lots of these photo album apps available, dont choose this one.

They clearly state they can share your photos is you accidentally click or forget to check the box. On the app however there is no such option so how the FLIP DO YOU KNOW THEY ARE NOT DOING IT ANYWAY???? Think about this before you share any photo to a platform. I walked through the whole prices and there was never a option. Totally ticked off.

I had several frustrations with the app. I could not resize the image as I liked within the app, so I had to resize before uploading. Then, I did not have the option to ship to a location besides my billing address, to send as a gift. I am excited to see the results to see if I need to add a star.

I ordered a canvas of my boyfriend dad who passed away in May for a Christmas present & he loved it! Artisan State did an AMAZING job on the canvas & I will order from them again!

First - it took forever to create album. App sees only 19 from my 700 pictures on the phone. Had to create separate folder and upload by one. Second. Placed order February 3, 2016. Today February 16 got emails that order stopped and canceled. Refund will take up to 10 days. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not recommend!

But the app keeps crashing! Impossible to get a project order in when app crashes

I am really disappointed by this app. I uploaded 40 photos, submitted an order and paid. No problem there, and then I receive an email that there was an issue. Tried calling a few times but no answer. Finally I leave a message, they return with an email. My order has been cancelled and my refund will take 5-6 days BUT if I would like to upload a bunch of pics again, feel free!!! Ok, I have a toddler, and a 6 year old. I dont have time to redo pics. Ugh. Terrible.

Everytime I go through the crazy long process of making a book and the layout and everything, I try to add to cart and get a message that says "some error occurred" cant even tell me the error....I just deleted it. Good riddance.

After being bombarded by Facebook ads, I decided to give Artisan state a shot, the quality seemed professional enough and I was tired of the inconsistent and over saturated color translation shutterfly produced on my various books and larger format projects. I started with a simple montage of 5 photos in a box frame and was immediately impressed with the quality of the frame, organization of the template and identical reproduction of color to what was laid out on my screen. I decided to move forward and give the lay flat book a try, and pieced together about 25 pages of my best work for a Christmas gift for my mother. There was a delay in processing due to the cover photo missing (even though on my order summary, you could clearly see the uploaded cover) and the book did not arrive in time for the holidays. I expressed my displeasure, and Connie took care of it. They expedited the order and though it didnt arrive by Christmas my mother was overjoyed by the quality of the book after came via express mail I decided afterwards that I wanted one, so I put together a book of about 30 photos through the app on my phone, uploaded a picture to the cover, and ordered with great anticipation. The book came a few weeks later, but the cover photo was not the one I chose and it was askew, cropped and cutting off half the photo. I complained to Connie again in customer service, sent her a photo of the cover I received and she had me re-upload the intended cover, save as a new project, and rename it. Once this was done they sent the new book immediately with no questions asked and free of charge. I am really pleased with the product, the quality and colors are outstanding, and relieved customer service was so responsive. I suggest anyone putting together a book on their phone app, should also log in their computer and review on the big screen before ordering...It seems the is a bug in the app when uploading and cropping cover photos. Otherwise very pleased with product so far. Will see how it holds up over time, but I recommend giving it s try.

It looks like a great app, but its really annoying when you have to constantly come out of the app instead of upload the pictures and check-out.

Im attempting to use this app on iPad mini 3. Admittedly it is an iPhone app, but it should still work. It doesnt. Navigating around the products is easy and intuitive, but when I go to create an album, I see the album structure of my photo albums but no pictures.its all blank... Same story in the upload photos area. If you cant see and choose photos, then there isnt much you can do with the app.
