Terrible app

I am really disappointed by this app. I uploaded 40 photos, submitted an order and paid. No problem there, and then I receive an email that there was an issue. Tried calling a few times but no answer. Finally I leave a message, they return with an email. My order has been cancelled and my refund will take 5-6 days BUT if I would like to upload a bunch of pics again, feel free!!! Ok, I have a toddler, and a 6 year old. I dont have time to redo pics. Ugh. Terrible.
