Frustrating

I spent a lot of time putting together an album, placed my order & eagerly awaited my shipment. One week later I received an email saying that my order was going to be canceled in 2-3 days because my photos were not uploaded (note that I never received any errors/emails/notifications that my attempt to upload the photos, which appeared to work fine in the app, failed). Four minutes later I got another email saying my order was cancelled. All of my hard work to set up the album (choose pictures & layout) was lost, the app didnt retain my album at all. I sent an email to their customer service dept & they were not helpful at all. Theres lots of these photo album apps available, dont choose this one.
