No privacy agreement on app!

They clearly state they can share your photos is you accidentally click or forget to check the box. On the app however there is no such option so how the FLIP DO YOU KNOW THEY ARE NOT DOING IT ANYWAY???? Think about this before you share any photo to a platform. I walked through the whole prices and there was never a option. Totally ticked off.
