The app doesnt let me do more than one canvas

Easy app look forward to receive my picture book

I had an hour to kill this am which was wasted trying to order one of these lovely looking slate books. Cant use my phone unless I use the app which has crashed 4 times running after picking my photos. Bye Slate. What a shame.

I have now ordered 9 canvas prints from artisan state. The ordering process is easy, pictures have arrived very quickly and that quality of there product is outstanding. Also think pricing is very reasonable. 5⭐️

Was trying to place an order...they tell me need to download this app...wont work. Freezes, cant to anything. Wont order from here. Thanks but no thanks. Time well wasted.

Not only does the app NOT work, the customer service (especially YOU Connie) is terrible. Its advertised all over Facebook so youd think it is ready to go right? No. I ordered a frame with the $5 trial (just over $15 with shipping) Well 3 days later they email me to tell me that my image hasnt uploaded and to just open the app go into frames to let it finish uploading. If it hasnt uploaded theyll cancel in 3 days. Well the app force closes every time I go into the "frames" section. Are they helpful? No. They just say well dont let anything interrupt the download and the app isnt "stable". If your own staff say the app isnt stable maybe you shouldnt have released it...Anyway, they refund me. I needed this for a gift. I purchase again on Christmas Eve, no longer eligible for the $5 trial so I spend roughly $35. The image uploads and I can SEE IT. Shipping quotes for Jan 3-11. No problem. JANUARY 15th I get an email telling me there was a glitch and theyve cancelled my order. They tell me to try the website, its more stable. 4 days PAST when it should have been delivered. This is ridiculous. My email was less than patient. Dont download it. Dont give them your money or your support.

App gets frozen, it erases pictures. It doesnt let you add pictures at times. Its just very buggy.

Terrible app. Spent two hours creating my book. Placed order, got confirmation email. They then sent me an email two days later saying there was an issue with picture upload and to re-upload within three days. The following morning I email customer support asking how to do this, and they canceled my order rather than help me. What a waste. Complete crap. Dont waste your time b/c clearly the app has upload issues. And to top it off, customer service will not comp you in anyway for their app screw up. I was told to recreate my album on the computer and pay. STAY AWAY!

We did the $5 free and got 20 pages and paid $5 shipping ($10 total). Only took a few minutes to put the book together. We just got it and the quality is amazing! I only wish the shipping was a little faster but I will absolutely use them again

Quality is great .. A little pricey but the stock they use is high quality . Could give a few more options for the cover as far as layout .. I have not figured out how or if I can tittle the cover which would be nice .

Downloaded it excited to take advantage of the five dollar offer I had received an email about only to be letdown every single time I tried uploading photos. The application has a lot of glitches and kicks you out. Also impossible to upload pictures to take advantage of this awesome deal. Sounds nice the idea of the app but it doesnt work. Ive also read other reviews of people having the same problems. I sent them an email but still no reply or help . Deleted app and gave it a try later and weeks later it still doesnt work. Fix your app please cause I would love to use it. (:

I loved the look of the lay flat book so I thought Id try it even after reading the negative reviews. Every time I selected lay flat book, the app crashed. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot! Make sure your app actually works before you begin promoting your project.
