I wish I could give it zero

Not only does the app NOT work, the customer service (especially YOU Connie) is terrible. Its advertised all over Facebook so youd think it is ready to go right? No. I ordered a frame with the $5 trial (just over $15 with shipping) Well 3 days later they email me to tell me that my image hasnt uploaded and to just open the app go into frames to let it finish uploading. If it hasnt uploaded theyll cancel in 3 days. Well the app force closes every time I go into the "frames" section. Are they helpful? No. They just say well dont let anything interrupt the download and the app isnt "stable". If your own staff say the app isnt stable maybe you shouldnt have released it...Anyway, they refund me. I needed this for a gift. I purchase again on Christmas Eve, no longer eligible for the $5 trial so I spend roughly $35. The image uploads and I can SEE IT. Shipping quotes for Jan 3-11. No problem. JANUARY 15th I get an email telling me there was a glitch and theyve cancelled my order. They tell me to try the website, its more stable. 4 days PAST when it should have been delivered. This is ridiculous. My email was less than patient. Dont download it. Dont give them your money or your support.
