Terrible

Terrible app. Spent two hours creating my book. Placed order, got confirmation email. They then sent me an email two days later saying there was an issue with picture upload and to re-upload within three days. The following morning I email customer support asking how to do this, and they canceled my order rather than help me. What a waste. Complete crap. Dont waste your time b/c clearly the app has upload issues. And to top it off, customer service will not comp you in anyway for their app screw up. I was told to recreate my album on the computer and pay. STAY AWAY!
